Interior Space & Comfort

The Cherokee and RAV4 are each equipped with enough seating for five passengers each. The Cherokee cabin opens up with 128 cubic feet while the cabin of the RAV4 is a bit limited at 98.9 cubic feet. The Cherokee front row passengers get 39.4 inches of headroom while riders in the front of the RAV4 only get 37.7 inches of headroom.

The biggest difference in space is for the second-row passengers. The Cherokee includes 40.3 inches of legroom while the RAV4 rear passengers get 37.8 inches of legroom. Taller passengers may be more comfortable riding in the back of the Jeep Cherokee.

Each vehicle includes a 7-inch dashboard-mounted touchscreen that’s used to select the media options. Both crossovers include voice recognition technology for easier media selection. They each include radios, USB/auxiliary ports, and even Bluetooth®. The RAV4 also offers a 1-year trial subscription of SiriusXM® while the RAV4 offers the available 3-month trial.
